The Hydra-SFP+ (10 Gigabit Ethernet [GigE] small form-factor, pluggable) compliance test system integrates an inter-symbol
interference (ISI) generator, pattern generation, bit error rate
(BER) detection, and system control software to automate SFF8431
compliance testing. The Hydra system automates module, host
card, integrated circuit (IC), ans system-level testing to make
